Bolin Stamp: Not Fat

So instead of doing artwork/comic work/commissions/gifts/bringing about world peace I'm making stamps & generally cooing over the very though that the new Avatar The Last Air Bender series has premiered today it's first 2 episodes (which I saw the leaked versions of 2 weeks ago.)

Now, in the original ATLAB series I was all gaga for Zuko & Sokka Both being the broody & comical characters. Sokka was my go-to amusement guy (boomerang!!) & Zuko was my adorable broody prince who was socially awkward and thus still provided me with some awesome laughs and "aww" moments. So, I thought: "Holy crap, I'm screwed." These 2 new team avatar boys are pretty much Sokka & Zuko's reincarnations personality wise and how the heck will I be able to chose a favorite?

I was greatly mistaken.

While Mako takes a slighty less "broody" cue from Zuko, Bolin takes a more flirty & confident turn away from Sokka and I'll be honest, it hit me like cupid's arrow. While I do admit that Mako is the "hotter" (no pun intended) brother (it doesn't help that he seems older and since I'm an old lady I'm more inclined to opt for the older "men" ) his personality is still kinda developing and he seems pretty average Joe so far. But Bolin is just too frickin' cute and I've been running around DA collecting avatar art & especially Bolin art.

But one thing bugged me pretty bad when I kept reading Makorra fanfiction & reading things written by Bolin sympathizers on the obvious non-cannon'ness of "Borra" (Korra+Bolin) he kept getting called "fat".

And maybe it's cause I've been really looking at a lot of art but Bolin isn't fat. He has a different build than Mako, him being tall & lean while Bolin is muscular and stout (proper earth bending build btw) so I made this stamp to remind people to stop calling him fat because it's just not true!
